Eligibility & Application Process

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Dispute with the CRA: The case must involve a dispute with the Canada Revenue Agency.

2. Public Importance: The case should raise substantial public interest or social significance.

How to Apply:

Applications are reviewed based on our selection criteria, with preference given to cases with potential for meaningful societal impact.

Selection & Engagement Process

After reviewing initial applications, selected applicants may be asked to provide further information, such as supporting documents, a detailed case history, or financial information. Representation begins once a formal engagement agreement is signed, outlining the scope of our services.
